אימון רכיבה וריצה עם הבן הגדול שלי ..2.5.2020

סוף סוף, 

ברגע שכבר היה אפשר, לחזור להתאמן ברכיבה בחוץ, ולא רק על האופני כושר בבית.

ניצלתי את ההזדמנות.

עשיתי, יחד עם הבן הגדול שלי, אימון רכיבה וריצה בחוף בצת.

ממש התגעגעתי לרכב שם.

יש משהו באימון כזה, 

כל כך קרוב לים ולהרגיש את הרוח מהים..

בכלל, כל כך יפה וכיף שם..

אני באמת חושב שזה אחד החופים היפים בארץ.

כמובן שהבן שלי השאיר לי אבק בריצה.

אבל זו היתה חוויה, לעשות את האימון הזה איתו. 

הייתי ממש גאה בו, לראות אותו משקיע את כולו, ברכיבה ולאחר מכן בריצה.

הוא ממש הנהיג את עצמו..

חשבתי לעצמי, שזה מדהים, שלפני שנתיים, הוא בכלל לא חשב על זה, והיום הוא כבר עושה תריאטלון במקצה ספרינט.
